2gbet Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 2gbet ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 2gbet website, mobile application and all related services. By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance box, or by placing any bet or making any deposit on 2gbet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand them and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, continue to use 2gbet or place any bets on the platform. Your continued use of 2gbet after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply to all products available on 2gbet, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, PSL, football, Esports, tennis), live in-play betting, casino games and slot games. Where specific product terms differ from these general Terms, the specific product terms will take precedence for that product only.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register and use 2gbet you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a real individual acting in your personal capacity — corporate accounts are not permitted for player betting accounts.
• Provide accurate, truthful and current information in the registration form.
• Not already hold an active 2gbet account under any name or identity.
• Not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 2gbet employee.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 2gbet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, 2gbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus balances. Real-money deposits made to duplicate accounts will be refunded to the originating payment method after deducting any withdrawals that have already been processed.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid PKR payment method. 2gbet may request identity verification at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal. Accounts found to have been registered with false information will be suspended pending review and any balance held may be withheld until verification is completed.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 2gbet login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. 2gbet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if that access was caused by sharing your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, notify 2gbet support immediately so that your account can be secured.

3. Deposits & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2gbet accepts deposits via the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant payments, bank transfer and supported debit and credit cards. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment comes from an account belonging to a different person — are not permitted and will be returned to the source account.

3.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed instantly and your 2gbet balance is updated in real time upon confirmation. Raast payments are also near-instant for most transactions. Bank transfers may take between a few hours and one business day to reflect in your balance, depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card deposits are generally processed within a few minutes.

3.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on 2gbet is PKR 300. There is no upper limit on deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits — for example, JazzCash and Easypaisa wallets carry daily transfer caps set by those platforms which are outside 2gbet's control.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on 2gbet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The PKR amount you deposit is precisely what appears in your betting balance.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Methods & Matching Rule

Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the same method used to deposit. For example, if you deposited via JazzCash, your first withdrawal must go back to the same JazzCash number. This matching rule is a standard anti-fraud requirement and protects both you and the platform.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

2gbet aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact 2gbet support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements on your account. 2gbet also reserves the right to request identity verification documents before releasing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal above certain PKR thresholds. This is a standard security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed until your available withdrawal balance reaches the minimum threshold.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation from 2gbet with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not reach this confirmation stage — for example, due to a connectivity issue during submission — are not valid and no stake will be deducted. If your stake was deducted but you did not receive a confirmation, contact support immediately with your account details and the approximate time of the attempt.

5.2 Odds at Time of Placement

The odds that apply to your bet are those displayed and confirmed at the time you place it — not the odds shown at any other time before or after. For live in-play bets, this is especially important as odds can shift rapidly during a cricket over or a football passage of play.

5.3 Void Bets

2gbet may void a bet under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (for example, a cricket match showing odds of 1.01 for a 50/50 outcome).
• The event was cancelled, postponed beyond the rescheduling window stated in specific sport rules, or abandoned without a result being determined.
• The market was suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a technical fault.
• Credible evidence of match-fixing or manipulation affecting the event outcome.

When a bet is voided, the full stake is returned to your 2gbet balance. Voided bets are not subject to any bonus wagering requirement progress.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

2gbet applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed within the relevant betting market. 2gbet will pay up to the stated maximum even if the calculated winnings on a bet would exceed it.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

2gbet offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets and seasonal promotions around events like PSL and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which will include a wagering requirement, a minimum odds restriction and an expiry period.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been completed. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 using those bonus funds at the minimum odds specified before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Specific requirements are always stated clearly within each promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse bonus offers is a violation of these Terms. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing opposing bets across different accounts to lock in bonus value, or using any strategy designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. 2gbet monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns and will cancel bonuses and any winnings derived from them if abuse is detected.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within the stated period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account. Expiry dates and remaining wagering progress are visible in your 2gbet account dashboard.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 2gbet and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one 2gbet account in any form.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets on events you have influence over or have insider knowledge of due to corrupt arrangements.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, algorithms or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, incorrectly displayed odds or pricing errors.
• Money laundering: Using 2gbet for any form of money laundering, structuring or other financial crime.
• Minors: Allowing a person under 18 years of age to use your account or register on their behalf.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

2gbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or identity issues, the account and any associated funds may be frozen pending investigation.

Players may request to close their own account at any time by contacting 2gbet support. Any real-money balance remaining at closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered PKR payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority — please see Section 9 for details on responsible gaming tools.

9. Responsible Gaming

2gbet is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable betting environment for all players. Betting is intended to be entertainment for adults — it should never be used as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses or funded by money set aside for household necessities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2gbet platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, betting markets, odds data and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 2gbet or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal betting activity only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any 2gbet content without prior written permission. Scraping odds data, automated access to the platform API or mirroring any part of the 2gbet website is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

2gbet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and accurate at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information displayed — including live odds, scores and statistics — is entirely free from error at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2gbet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, business or data arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from downtime, technical errors or delays that are outside 2gbet's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing PKR transactions via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banks.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of 2gbet.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

12. Privacy & Data

2gbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on 2gbet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-fraud requirements and improve the platform. It is not sold to third parties.

13. Changes to These Terms

2gbet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details on file — typically by email or in-app notification — at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal or security reasons.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of 2gbet after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using 2gbet and may request account closure.

14. Contact & Disputes

If you have a question about these Terms or wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet settlement, payment or account action, please contact 2gbet support through the Help section in your account or via the contact details on the platform. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.

For bet settlement disputes, please submit your query within 30 days of the relevant event result being confirmed. Disputes submitted after this period may not be reviewed.
